- Currently we offer Home delivery service of Goods to the Indian Residents Only. Customers from other Countries are requested not to order any product through our website. We will update once we are open to deliver outside India.
- We offer home 45 minutes doorstep delivery service to the Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh) residents only. Customers from other cities are requested to wait until product is delivered to them by us or by third party shipping agencies.
- We offer free home delivery service on purchase of above Rs. 1000/-. Purchase of less than Rs. 1000/- will be charged Rs. 100/- as delivery and handling charge by us.
- We offer 45 minutes guaranteed delivery service to our customers but delivery time can be exceed more than 45 minutes due to any technical issues, failure of Billing assets, delay due to Heavy Traffic, non-availability of delivery staff or due to excessive delivery orders.

- We also offer Cash on Delivery service in certain terms and conditions.
- NE Stores shall reserves the right to change in product price or reject online orders by our customers at anytime in situation of change in Product price or non-availability of product. Customer will be notified either by phone or e-mail before we do any change in product price or reject customer's order.
- In case of order rejection; customer's full payment will be refunded by us within 7 working days.
Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy:
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are not satisfied with the products provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund within 7 business days.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account within 7 business days.
Customers are advised to check their ordered Goods and Invoice carefully before signing on the delivery receipts. NE Stores shall not be liable for any Return / Exchange /Damage / Loss of Goods after handing over the goods to the recipient.
